'Singles 6' Reveals Whether or Not They Have Children... "The Child Knows Grandpa as His Dad"

[Seoul = Newsis] Reporter Shin Hyo-ryeong = The 10 single men and women of 'Singles 6' will reveal the final variable, whether or not they have children.

On the episode of MBN's 'Singles 6' that airs at 10:20 PM on the 24th, the 10 single men and women Mi-young, Bang-geul, Bo-min, Seong-seo, Si-young, Jeong-myeong, Ji-an, Jin-young, Chang-hyun, and Hee-young will reveal the 'length of their marriage and whether or not they have children' after completing the 'first-come-first-served 1:1 date' held on the 4th day of 'Singles House'.



On this day, as the time for the final information disclosure approaches, the 10 single men and women show their tension. One single woman says, “I might not be able to make the final selection because of today’s information disclosure,” and she even sheds tears. In the midst of the quiet atmosphere, the information disclosure finally begins. Chang-hyun volunteers to be the first to go, saying, “I’ll go first.” He then reveals, “I have a child, and (during the divorce process) she said, ‘I want to live with my dad’ and chose me. So I promised myself that I would protect him and raise him well until the end.”

Following Chang-hyun’s heartbreaking confession, one single woman says, “I filed for divorce as soon as I left the postpartum care center and raised the child alone.” Another single woman confesses, “My child doesn’t know who the real father is, and thinks his grandfather is the father. I’m worried about when I should tell him everything,” and she eventually starts to cry. On the other hand, a single man makes everyone cry by saying, "I have a child," and then saying, "Before my child goes to bed, he asks, 'Why don't I have a mom?' and I cry."

As the information disclosure ends, Ji-an suddenly raises her hand. She then says, "I'm sorry, but I have to go in first. It's so hard..." and hurriedly leaves. MCs Lee Hye-young, Yoo Se-yoon, Lee Ji-hye, and Eun Ji-won are flustered by Ji-an's sudden behavior and ask, "Why?" While interest is growing as to why Ji-an left after the information disclosure, Bo-min carefully brings up her heartbreaking family history at the after-party, saying, "Actually, four years ago..." Hearing this, Lee Ji-hye becomes absorbed and says, "It must not have been easy to talk about that, but it seems like you all became really close through the information disclosure."
